- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Gave a half star because I couldnt give none. Went in to get infills and needed to have 3 nails repaired. They suggested a new full set, I agreed. They started ripping my nails off by slipping an unused tip between my acrylic and my actual nail. I told them they were really hurting me but they wouldnt stop. One bit of acrylic was stubborn & was ripped off down to the nail bed. My left middle nail was ripped off and bleeding. Pain was awful. When i asked if they should be soaked off they eye-rolled. 4 of my fingers bled.The shellac paint job was horrendous and started peeling that night. Also noticed that night that some of my nails had been ground down to the skin at the cuticle. A week later the shellac has peeled off and theres a hole in my thumb nail at the cuticle that is still very sore. Just dont go there!!!!!!By Mark_X, July 16, 2020
